Liquids

CSA offers a wide variety of liquid packaging into flexible pouches as well as rigid bottles for food grade products and non-food grade products. We are a full turnkey provider and will source and supply the packaging materials including bottles, caps, labels, printed rollstock film, premade pouches, chipboard retail cartons, shipping cases and any other packaging materials required for your project. Cartoning

Clam shell packaging is an industry standard for protection and presentation. Our experienced staff can take your offering and design and fill the proper clam shell for your particular need and situation. Low minimums and custom design are available.

Bottle Filling

For powder filling, we can fill seasonings, spices, flavorings, sea salts, popcorn and many other dry ingredients. We can also source and procure any of the raw packaging materials locally including printed labels, retail folding cartons, counter displays, corrugated inner cartons or master cases and then can manage the complete food packaging project for you from start to finish.

Labelling / Relabelling

CSA can customize a labeling solution for your particular project. Our custom design approach frees you from having to have different equipment for every project. We have seen an endless variety of shapes and sizes and can apply to all. Shrink sleeving, pressure sensitive and everything in between, we can help with them all. Cello Wrapping

Cello Wrapping is a type of overwrapping using clear or printed cellophane film. Many poly films can also be used. It is a popular format for sampling programs where a sample and flyer or coupon can be included in the same package. Printed film has higher MOQ’s while unprinted film can usually be run in relatively small quantities.

Repacking

Repacking is taking acceptable product and replacing defective, obsolete or otherwise unwanted packaging. Hand assembly and repacking service is remediation work but sometimes it has to be done. Some services include relabelling and component removal or replacement.

Gummy Packaging

Gummies can be packed in bottles, jars, pouches and individual packs. Our plant is SQF level 3 and in full compliance with CFR 111. We have technology and equipment to handle sugared gummies, oily gummies and dry gummies. Environmental controls are key and CSA monitors all environmental factors in real time 24/7 in production as well as storage.
